Dodge Durango vs. Ford Bronco….How did he beat me off the starting line?
My youth pastor has a dodge durango…It’s the newer body style (I think it’s an ‘04?), I’m not sure what type of engine. I have a 1996 Ford Bronco with a 351 Windsor (a 5.8 liter V8) Everyone’s always talking ’bout how HUGE the Windsor is….How powerful.
But the other night, at a red light, my youth pastor pulled up in the lane next to me, and at the green light, despite me flooring it, he STILL beat me off the line. HOW? What kind of engine is in that thing?
Oh, and while we’r on the subject of Dodge vs. Ford…..One of my buddies has a 1990 Dodge ram. It’ manual transmission and it’s got like a 318 in it. He’s commented more than once that he wants to race me/or that his truck can beat mine…IS THAT POSSIBLE?

How hard is it to change the o2 sensor in my 2001 Dodge Durango SLT?
It is the 4.7L V8. Roughly how much should I expect to pay to take it to a garage and let them do it. Or, is it easy enough for me to replace myself. How do I make sure that it is the o2 sensor that is making the engine lose and gain power. (It mostly lowers the rpms which makes me think it is not the tranny).

2000 Dodge Durango any good?
My husband is selling his Harley to get us a better vehicle. (His is about to die and mine is gonna die if we dont quit using it as the main vehicle). Had an email offer for a trade for a 2000 Dodge Durango. We are considering it but neither of us have ever owned a Dodge. Im a Honda woman and my husband is Chevy man. I know Dodge makes good trucks.. but is the Durango a decent vehicle? Any common transmission or other problems with them?
