Chrysler unveils more aggressive incentives

Why is the valet switch killing car?

I have a 02 Dodge Durango with the mopar evsII alarm. I had lost my fob and bought a new one and had it programmed at the dealership. I turned off the stutus indicator/valet switch and for some reason my car wouldn’t start. The battery was dead…well I had the alternator and battery replaced and now 4 days later I turned off the valet switch again and having problems again. My car does start but my fob won’t work. I went out to purchase new batteries and noticed that my headlights, dash lights and dome light wouldn’t go on. Is something with this switch killing something or …….Now today I also noticed that the radio controls on the steering wheel doesn’t work.
